This is a card stock postcard for the Lieutenant Governor campaign of Wayne Rutherford in 1975. The front of the postcard has a red background with a black and white photo of Rutherford in the lower left corner. There is white outlined lettering on the upper half that reads "Rutherford/ Rutherford" and white lettering on the lower half that reads, "Rutherford / Democrat / For Lt. Governor / PAID FOR BY CITIZENS FOR RUTHERFORD / FOR LT. GOV., JAMES D. WALLEN, TREASURER." There is red lettering on the reverse message side that reads "There's got to be a better way!"

This is a molded plastic amd metal key ring for the 1991 politcal campaign of Leonard "Buck" Beasley for Commissioner of Agriculture. The key ring is white in the shape of an extra edition newspaper with blue lettering that reads "National News" and "BEASLEY/FOR COMMISSIONER/OF AGRICULTURE" with two shadowed stars on each side. There is a plactic tab extention forming a loop and fastened with a metal rivot. There is a metal ring for keys.

This is a circular celluloid process metal political button for the gubernatorial campaign of Brereton Jones in 1991. The button has white background with dark blue lettering that reads "JONES/ '91". There is a safety pin closure attached to the back.

This is a molded gold toned metal lapel pin from a Joe Evan political campaign. The pin is molded into the shape of a rooster running toward the right, and it is colored with yellow, red, and white enamel. The name "Joe / EVANS" is below and is colored with blue enamel. The back of the pin has a maker's mark that reads, "S&S." There is a butterfly clasp on the back of the pin.

This is a circular gold tone metal political pin from Pete Worthington's 1991 campaign for Kentucky lieutenant governor. The pin has a dark blue outlined white enamel star on a red outlined white enamel circle within a shiny metallic gold circular border. Inside the star there is metallic gold lettering that reads "Worthington / Lt. Gov. / '91". The back of the pin has an etched checkered pattern and a butterfly clasp.

This is a circular celluloid type political button for the Drexel Davis political campaign for Secretary of State in Kentucky. The background is light beige with brown lettering and features a sepia photograph of Drexel Davis in a circle in the middle. Around the photograph across the top the wording reads "DREX DAVIS", "FOR" on each side and around the bottom reads "SECRETARY OF STATE". The back of the button is tinplate with a stick pin closure.

The button has a white background with a center motif of a large green marijuana leaf, gold veins, and black outline. There is green and gold lettering that reads "GREEN DEMOCRATS" and "GATEWOOD FOR GOVERNOR 1991" separated by two green dots. A safety pin closure is attached to the back of the button.

This is an emery board for the political campaign of Walter Baker for U.S. House of Representatives in 1971. The emery board is tan on the rough side and red, white and blue on the buff side. There is black lettering on the buff side that reads "WALTER BAKER FOR CONGRESS/ Pd. For By Citizens For W. Baker - J. Pedigo, Treas." followed by an unreadable printer's union bug.

There is a dark blue unreadable union printers label on the curled under edge and a safety pin closure is attached to the back of the button.

This is a wood and graphite pencil for the gubernatorial campaign of Floyd Poore in 1991. The pencil is unsharpened and has hexagonal sides, painted medium blue with white lettering that reads "DR. FLOYD G. POORE/ He Will Cut Your Taxes/ Governor 91' ". There is a gold metal eraser holder attached to the end with an unused rubber eraser.
