Description This is a steel socket driver bit inserted into an elongated oval piece of flat scrap to create a handle for a socket driver. There are two holes drilled into the handle, although it is not clear if these are functional or left over from the scrap's original purpose.
Notes Collected by the donor over the last thirty years from barns, storage sheds, and antique stores in north central Kentucky and probably southern Indiana and Ohio as well.
