Description This is brown glass barrel-shaped bourbon bottle. It was mold blown. There are five rings at the top and five rings at the bottom. There are two sets of three rings in the center. There are molded inscriptions. At the top:"Distilled in 1848." In the center, the outer ring reads "Old Kentucky/ Bourbon" and the inner ring reads "1849/ Reserve". At the bottom: "A. M. Bininger & Co. 338 Broadway, N. Y. There is an applied double ring mouth and there is a double glass tipped and/or blowpipe pontil mark on the bottom.
Notes Biniger & Co. were located at 338 Broadway in NY from 1859 to 1860.
