Description This is a circular political button, produced by lithographic process, for Nelson Rockefeller during his 1964 presidential campaign. It has a white background and the slogan, "Rocky!" in blue script. It has a stickpin on the reverse side.
Notes Nelson Rockefeller, Governor of New York, was an unsuccessful candidate for the Republican presidential nomination in 1964 and 1968. The donor worked in the local presidential campaigns of Rockefeller in 1964 and Democrat Eugene McCarthy in 1968 in Louisville.
