Description This is a stamped tinplate label tab button with a folding tab on top with punched spur. It was printed by the lithographic process and has a white background with a thin red line above and below "HUMPHREY," which is in blue.
Notes Hubert Humphrey was the Democratic presidential nominee in 1968. He lost to Republican Richard M. NIxon. The donor worked in the local presidential campaigns of Republican Nelson Rockefeller in 1964 and Democrat Eugene McCarthy in 1968 in Louisville.
