When arranged by pattern of wear, etc., three lines of red and two lines of white is created. The bottom stripe has an unfinished raw edge (chosen as bottom rather than top due to significant discoloration). The rest is small fragments. The canton is missing completely. There are fragmented letters applied to red stripes in gold paint. The letters have a slight black shadow on the edges. The letters identified include two "I"s, "NG," "PR," "V," "S," "O," two attached partials that could either be "L"s or "E"s, and the number "2." There are other partial letters that can not be identified.
Notes There is no obvious pattern to the letter pieces that allows identification. One possible word is "SPRING."
