Description This is a footwarmer composed of a wood-inlaid wooden box on raised feet. The lid is covered with a wool red tapestry top that is upholstered with an image of a cabin behind two palm trees. A small hook closes the box. A tinplate hot water bottle comes inside the box. Its handles are painted gold and the opening is made of brass. The inside of the box is fur or wool lined and the wooden edge of the inside of the box is lined in green strips of leather.
