Description This is a portable writing desk. It has black enamel and mother of pearl inlay. There is a design of a building on the front, with two people at the bottom and a tree on the right. It reads, "Osborne House" in gold. There are also gold, red, and green ornate painted designs around the edges, feet, and sides. The interior writing surface has red velvet with gold trim. There are several compartments under the top lid, which has a key hole. There is a large open space under the writing surface.
