He is also wearing a vest, white shirt with upturned collar and black cravat. There are doric columns stretching upward in the background. A quadruple line border surrounds the print. Below that border's bottom edge is text, printed in black, reading "Entered accoring to act of Congress in the Year 1842 by A.R. Robinson of the Clerks office of the District Court of the Southern District of N.Y." To the lower left of the line border is more black text reading, "N. Sarony del."
