Description This is a handled bootjack. The board has a V-shaped cut out of one end. A red enameled wooden handle connects to a paddle that swivels on two metal bands attached to the same end as the V cut. The paddle would have sat on the boot's toe while the heel would have gone in the V-shaped slot in the board.
Notes Collected by the donor from antique shops and barns, etc. in southern Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky over the last thirty years.
