Description This Sam Browne belt is made of rough white leather, with an attached sword hanger and buckle. The sword hangers are attached with square brass fittings. The buckle is attached with three brass hooks. The buckle is brass, with "KMI" (Kentucky Military Institute) raised lettering that is silver plated. The letters are attached to the back of the buckle with six brass rings and six wooden pegs.
Notes This is a Kentucky Military Institute (KMI) belt, sword hanger and buckle that belonged to L.C. Lane, a KMI. cadet.
