Description This cane kife is a long wide-bladed chopping tool. It has a vertical "horn" on top of the blade, with an edge on the bottom. It has a broad flat nose. There is a wooden grip riveted to the blade with four rivets.
Notes Used for cutting sugar or sorghum cane. Collected by the donor from antique shops and barns, etc. in southern Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky over the last thirty years.
