Description This frame saw consists of two curving members mortised to a straight brace in the middle. There is an iron rod threaded through the tips of the curving members and secured at one end by wrought iron wing nut with wood washer. The hacksaw blade (or fire cabinet blade) is secured in the opposite tips of the curving members with pins.
Notes Collected by the donor over the last thirty years from barns, storage sheds, and antique stores in north central Kentucky, southern Indiana, and southern Ohio.
