Description This quilt has a tumbling block pattern. It is pieced in 1" x 2" diamond shaped pieces in browns, as well as blues, pinks, yellows, reds, and white in various prints. It has a white cotton backing. There are two brown faded maker's marks from the feed or flour sacks that form the backing. The printing is faded and in reverse making it difficult to read.
Notes This quilt was made by the donor's mother's grandmother, Penina Breedlove McCune, of Jeffersonville, Kentucky.
