Description This is an drawing of the City of Frankfort, Kentucky from the perspective of what would come to been known as Arsenal Hill. It was drawn before the Arsenal was built in 1850. This print was donated by J.C. Beckham, the governor of Kentucky from 1903 to 1907.
Notes The engraver, Foster, worked for W. Woodruff Co. in Cincinnati, OH from 1842 to 1850. Done for the Ladies Repository.
