Description This painting depicts a rainy cityscape of Wapping Street in Frankfort, Kentucky. Featured is a drinking fountain with a lightpost. Two women are to the right of the fountain and are depicted carrying umbrellas and walking on a sidewalk. A third figure is walking away in the distance. The road is on the left side of the painting and features a gutter on the right and trees lining it on the left. The Post Office is on the right side of the painting.
