Description This is a pair of black corded-silk calf length spats. They have a black felt lining and buckle strap on the sole. There are nine black buttons on outside of the foot. The edge has a black silk binding and there is a black canvas stiffener behind the buttons.
Notes This pair came from the house of Ray B. Moss (1889-9/18/79). Moss was a coal company executive, mine safety expert, and state senator.
