Description This is a circut tester, used to determine whether or not power is reaching a circuit. The meter face is covered by glass and has a gauge that reads 2.5 to 30, as well as a smaller gauge that reads 0. There are three knobs along the right side. The wooden box has a hinged lid and a broken leather strap.
