Description This sterling silver coffeepot has a fluted rim, a scroll handle and a pear shape. There is an acanthus leaf motif where the feet attach to the body. There is also an acanthus leaf on the top of the handle where it attaches to the body.
Notes This set was said to have been given to Governor J. Proctor Knott (1883-1887) when he left office. Knott was governor of Kentucky from 1883- 1887.
