Description A road in Prospect Park in Brooklyn, New York fills the foreground and curves under a stone bridge in the middle background. Both sides of the road are heavily wooded. A round gazebo or pavilion roof can be seen to the left of the middle. A tree trunk dominates the right side of the painting.
Notes According to family tradition, this painting was bartered by Paul Sawyier with the donor's father in return for medical care.
