Description This is a clothes wringer. It has a mahogany frame and two galvanized "combination" clamps in mortise at the bottom. There are deep slots in the sides of the frame which hold two yellow rubber rollers driven by a galvanized curved crank with a wooden grip. It has a red enameled steel spring with wooden springs on either side. There are two black enameled handscrews in the turned bar on the top of the frame which tighten the springs and the tension on the rollers. There is a swiveling wood plate with iron sides which swivels down to direct output. Printed on the front is "Royal" and "590E,", along with instructions on how to use it.
