Description This is a black fountain pen with a detachable screw on cap. It features a silver ink level just above the inscription in silver. The pen cap has a silver band all around and a silver clip. The pen is inscribed with name of the manufacturer.
Notes Earle Chester Clements was governor from 1947 to 1950. This pen was used by Governor Clements during the signing of the Ohio River Valley Compact, a clean-up program for the Ohio River.
