1 material sample of fabric is in a plain weave structure. There are warp stripes in clear Mylar (BoPET plastic) strips and silver Mylar. There are weft stripes in silver metallic gimp thread (one tightly beaten and one looser) and red wool. The side edges are selvage and the other edges are taped. There are no identifying tags or marks on this piece. The piece was made in collaboration with Churchill Weavers and Gerhardt Knodel. |
