Description |
1 material sample color blanket of fabric is in a plain weave structure. The warp alternates between clear Mylar (BoPET plastic) strips and groups of white cotton yarns, with a column of tighter-packed cotton warps at one side. The weft is in green wool yarns. The side edges are selvage and the other edges are unfinished. There are no identifying tags or marks on this piece. The piece was made in collaboration with Churchill Weavers and Gerhardt Knodel. |
