Description |
This woman's cap is a white open weave cap made of thread covered wire. The front of the cap has a black velvet headband on the inside and a black netting attachment on the front. The netting has a black velvet bow attached. There are black velvet ribbon/ties on the back of the hat. The inside of the hat is lined with a very thin net-like material with a yellow satin bow. |
