Description |
This center table is oak with an octagonal inlaid top. The base has four legs in the Eastlake style. Each side of the table top has string inlay. The table top has eight star-shaped inlay sections near the edge. The inlay in the center of table goes from a wave pattern (on the outer most ring) to a chain pattern in the center. |
Notes |
Family history says the table was made in Frankfort at the penitentiary in commemoration of either William Goebel's service or his assassination. |
