Notes |
Martin D. Hardin (1780-1823) was a highly respected lawyer in Frankfort. After fighting in the War of 1812, he served in the Kentucky legislature, in the U.S. Senate, and was appointed Kentucky Secretary of State by Gov. Isaac Shelby in 1812. |
