Description |
This is a white package with maroon writing of "Picayune Extra Mild Cigarettes", on the front of the package there is a circle in the center with the words "Pride of New Orleans" written around the circle, and an image of a tobacco leaf in the center. On the side of the package there is a label that says " These Cigarettes Are Manufactured From The Finest Selected Leaf Tobacco And Guaranteed Free From Adulteration/ Manufactured By Liggett & Meyers Tobacco Co.". On the back of the package there is a label that says;" Factory No. 42 Dist. of North Carolina-Notice The manufacturer of the Cigarettes herein contained has complied with all requirements of law. Every person is cautioned not to use either this package for Cigarettes again or the stamp thereon again nor to remove the contents of this package without destroying said stamp under the penalties provided by law in such cases." |
