Description |
This is a brass insignia of a Lt. Colonel or Major rank, subdued (or black) to be non-reflective. The insignia has seven darkened leaves and a small stem at the bottom arranged to a point in the middle. There is a circular depression on the back and two butterfly clasps are attached. |
