Description |
This is a piece of a Class A Basic Mileage Ration book that was issued to Mrs. John S. Ardery of Paris, Kentucky on November 11, 1942 for her 1941 Buick sedan with vehicle license number 53290. The front side is a form with the title "A BASIC MILEAGE RATION / UNITED STATES OF AMERICA / OFFICE OF PRICE ADMINISTRATION" printed in black along the top left side. In the upper right, the number "F211919AP" is printed in black and red. There is text turned vertically along the left side of the card that reads, "Form OPA R-525 A." The form on the front includes the license number, make and model of the car, and the name and address of the registered owner. Instructions for use are printed on the back of the card. |
