Notes |
Dr. James Bernard Graham was Kentucky's Superintendent of Public Instruction from 1976 to 1980. He served as superintendent in Nelson County, Ashland Independent, and Bowling Green Independent Schools. This poster was donated in 1986 by Drexel Davis. Davis, a self-described "Yellow Dog" Democrat, held several elected positions in the Kentucky state government. His thirty-three years of public service prompted his interest in collecting political memorabilia. |
