This is a circular celluloid process metal political button for the inauguration of Governor Martha Layne Collins in 1983. The button has a wide dark blue border with white lettering that reads "KENTUCKY MAKES HISTORY/ INAUGURATION 83/ GOVERNOR/ MARTHA LAYNE COLLINS". There is a white area at the center with a black and white photo of Governor Collins. There is a stick pin attached to the back. |
