Description |
This is a celluloid type political campaign button that was created for the reelection campaign of Vice-President Al Gore. The front of the button is covered by a color portrait of the Vice President. To the left and right of the portrait, along the bottom edge of the button, are six white stars; three on each side. Arching above the portrait, in line with the stars, is the inscription, "RE-ELECT the VICE PRESIDENT" in white letters. On the bottom edge of the button is the inscription, "BOLD CONCEPTS NYC 212-761-6330" with a union label immediately afterward. The back of the button has a safety pin style closure. |
