Description |
This is a U.S. Navy winter dress blue cap. It is made of dark blue wool and has a black silk tally ribbon with, "U.S. Navy" embroidered in yellow on the front. The interior has a light brown leather sweatband and is lined with black satin and a maroon plastic diamond. |
