Description |
This is an advertisement pice torn out of a newspaper from 1869. The company being advertised is Rolling Mill CO., which it reads at the top. The image in the middle is of the factory with twelve small smokestacks around the lower level and a much larger smokestack on the upper level. There are men walking and driving horse drawn carts with steel stacked on the ground. They were located in Louisville, Kentucky. The rest of the advertisement talks about what kind of steel the company made and for what purposes. The back has prices for the Courier Journal. |
