Below this is a drawing of a silver bald eagle with one claw on an American flag shield, and the other on an olive branch, wings outstretched and surrounded by flags, many of which belong to Latin American nations. Within the flags and under the eagle is the image of a dock. Outside of the flags there are 3 images. Left to right they are: men baling hay, a steam engine, and what appears to be men mining.
