Description |
This is a celluloid type button that was created for the second inauguration of Bill Clinton and Al Gore on January 20, 1993. The button has a green boarder and the background is a photo image of the top of the Washington, D.C. capitol dome. There are photos of Bill and Hillary Clinton and Al and Tipper Gore which have been placed in front of the dome. The inscription arcs around the border of the button, in white. The text reads, ""AN AMERICAN REUNION - NEWBEGINNINGS, RENEWED HOPE" / INAUGURATION·JAN.20, 1993·WASH., D.C." The back is made of tinplate and has a safety pin style closure. |
