Description |
This is a plaster model of a Beehive House House, made through a Works Progress Administration project. It is a tan, rounded building with a red door on each side. The base is painted brown. The model is at a 1/8" to 1' scale. |
Notes |
In 1934-35, the Works Progress Administration proposed a project to produce architectural models of historic buildings for museums and schools to provide employment for artists and art teachers. Around 28 of these models were produced of KY sites. |
