Description |
This is a white plastic drinking cup. "BESHEAR / COUNTY" is printed on the cup in navy lettering with an image of the Commonwealth of Kentucky in between the words. "Inauguration 2023" is written in navy cursive lettering below a sky blue line. The manufacturer's markings on the base of the cup reads "TOP RACK DISHWASHER SAFE" / "HC165" / "BPA FREE" / MADE IN USA." There is also the number 22 and a number 5 recycle number on the base of the cup. |

Kentucky Historical Society staff collected this cup at the Governor's 62nd Inaugural Breakfast hosted at the Thomas D. Clark Center for Kentucky History on December 12, 2023. Andy Beshear won a second term as Governor of Kentucky in November 2023, defeating Daniel Cameron. |
