Description |
This is an advertisement leaflet for four different companies, two on the front and two on the back, from 1876. The first image on the top of the front is for "Bridge-Eford & Co." who made stoves out of copper, tin, and sheet iron, and it depicts a large stove with four burners and several drawers and cabinets on the front and side. The print around the image describes what they made. The second image on the bottom of the front is for "J.V. Escott & Sons" who made frames, moulding, and mirrors, and it depicts the factory of the company in a large four story building with a smokestack in the background. There are people and horse drawn wagons in front of the factory. The first image on the top of the back is for "Columbus Nursery" who sold plants, and depicts a pear tree with print of what they sold around it. The second image on the bottom of the back is for "Ohio River Salt Company" who manufactured different grades of salt, and depicts their three story building with their name on it and barrels of salt sitting in the building and outside. There are two men with a horse drawn cart in front of the building. |
