Description |
This is a metal pen to commemorate the enactment of a bill by Governor Martha Layne Collins. The pen is metallic silver metal with a black plastic insert for the pointed felt tip. On the side there is the Kentucky state seal, the signature of Martha Layne Collins and "GOVERNOR/Commonwealth of Kentucky" all printed in dark blue. "FINESSE" is incised on the metal clasp of the pen cap. |
