Description |
This bumper sticker is paper printed with red, white and blue. It is a long rectangle with a blue rectangle on the left and a red rectangle on the right, both with a white border. In the blue is "Ford" in white lettering. In the red is "Dole" also in white. The bumper sticker has an adhesive back with paper cover. |

Newly appointed Vice President Gerald Ford became president after the impeachment of Richard Nixon. In 1976 Ford ran for president with Bob Dole as the vice president candidate against Democrat Jimmy Carter and running mate Walter Mondale. Cater won the election by a narrow margin. |
