Description |
This is a circular political button, made by lithographic process, for Thomas S. Rhea's 1935 gubernatorial campaign. It has a white background and a black and white portrait of Rhea in the center. Above the portrait reads, "FOR GOVERNOR", and below the portrait is the name, "THOS. S. RHEA", both in black print. The back has a green background with the company label, "GREEN DUCK CO. CHICAGO", in blue print. Also located on the back is, "PAT FEB 13", "N° 1215675" and three union labels. It has a stickpin on the back. |
