Notes |
Kentucky Democrats met in Lexington on May 12-13, 1931 to nominate candidates for statewide office. The convention was chaired by Judge Charles A. Hardin. Their was no Democratic Primary that year, as state law allowed the party to make nominations by either primary or at the convention. The convention nominated Judge Ruby Laffoon for Governor, and A.B. "Happy" Chandler for Lt. Governor. |
