Description |
This is a circular celluloid-type pinback button with a safety pin style enclosure. It has a green background and black and white photos of Jimmy Carter, Julian Carroll, and Walter Mondale in the center of the button. Surrounding these images, are the words: "For Kentucky's Future/United/We/Stand/Carter-Mondale" in white text. There appears to be a very small union label underneath the words "United/We/Stand". |
Notes |
Julian Carroll was elected Kentucky's governor in 1975. This button was probably produced by the state Democratic party in 1976. |
