This is a pair (parts a and b) of rayon grosgrain political ribbons for the presidential campaign of Jimmy Carter and Walter Mondale in 1976. The ribbons have red, white and dark blue vertical stripes with metallic gold lettering. Part A reads "VOTE/ DEMOCRATIC/ 1976/ (three stars)/ JIMMY CARTER/ PRESIDENT/ (three stars)/ WALTER/ MONDALE/ (three stars)/ VICE PRESIDENT/ (three stars)/ "RETURN AMERICA/ TO THE PEOPLE".
