Description |
This is a guidon from the 123 Armored Division. The field is yellow wool and Yellow with applied green insignia and markings. In the center is an applied green tank with crossed swords behind it. Above the tank are the numbers "123" to the left of the tank is the number "2," and beneath it are the letters "CS." The hoist has a sleeve with leather attachments on the inside at both ends. The top side of the sleeve has a maker's label on the inside that reads: "Guidon, Blank, Armor/W1 1'-8"x 2'-3-3/4"/ Contract No. 9236..." |
