Description |
This is an advertisement for "Colin R. Milne & Co. Lithographers," which it reads at the top, from 1836. The image in the middle is of Daniel Boone sitting on a rock with his right leg spread on the highest part of the rock and a musket in the left hand and a pouch over his right shoulder. To the right of him are a couple of trees and bushes with a valley and the sky in the background. Under the image it reads "Jefferson (near fifth) St. / Louisville, Ky.," which is the address of the company. Under that is a description of what the made. |

View of Boone is very much like KV 193, but faces opposite direction. Milne's address is given as Jefferson Street, near 5th. |
