Description |
This General Officer flag is designated as a Major General flag. It is made of rayon. It has a red field with two large white 9 1/2 inch five-point stars centered horizontally. The stars are cut from white rayon and are applied to the red field. The flag is trimmed with 2 1/4 inch gold nylon fringe on the top, bottom and fly end. The flag has sleeve lined in heavy white cotton. The top and bottom have a leather tab inside. On the top end is a manufacturer's tag printed with "8345-00-245-3654 / FLAG INDIVIDUAL / MAJOR GENERAL, U.S. ARMY / RAYON WITH FRINGE / HOIST 3 FT., FLY 4 FT. / TYPE II HEADING / 1 EACH / DLA100-81-M-U668 / ANNIN & CO." |
