This is a yellow rubber balloon that was created for the Kentucky State Representative campaign of Walter Gee in 1994. The balloon has an inscription in black which reads, "Vote For / Walter / GEE / State / Representative". |

The items in this collection were gathered by the KHS staff in 1994 in an attempt to get campaign items from all of the members of the 1994 Kentucky General Assembly. According to a letter to the members of the assembly from Dr. Klotter, the staff had noticed a gap in the political collection in the area of state legislative campaign memorabilia. The members of the assembly were asked to donate one campaign item. This object was donated by Rep. Walter Gee. |
